Manny Rodriguez
Throughout his career, Manny has sought new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on this work and to grow professionally. Some highlights throughout his career include consulting to Fortune 100 companies, leading safety initiatives for a international chemical company, implementing OBM strategies for one of the largest ABA therapy providers, and his work as part of the current OBM Certificate program at Florida Institute of Technology. Manny is also proud of co-authoring the four-volume book, “OBM Applied! A Practical Guide to Implementing Organizational Behavior Management” and “Quick Wins! Accelerating School Transformation through Science, Engagement, and Leadership.”
Over the last decade, Manny has presented at numerous national and international events on subjects such as organizational behavior management (OBM), entrepreneurship and consulting. In addition, Manny had the great honor of serving as President and Executive Director of the OBM Network, a 400+ professional member organization.
Today, Manny helps launch and lead successful startups as CEO of Bueno Ventures, a venture capital and management services firm working with small to mid-size businesses applying ABA in unique ways. Additionally, Manny co-founded the OBM Alliance, an organization dedicated to the growth of OBM practitioners and their entrepreneurial practices. Manny does provide direct OBM consultation, Executive Coaching and Mentoring as part of regular work with the OBM Alliance, with specific focus on Executive leadership development, bottom line performance improvement, and large scale change.
When not working with his clients and businesses, Manny is working on a Doctorate of Business Administration at the University of South Florida’s MUMA College of Business, expected to graduate December 2020.
